Fitness club
Among other services, there is also a fitness club in M-Studio health and beauty centre of Ajapnyak administrative district, where training courses for improving and keeping body's physical shape are organized. Fitness, yoga (breathing, anti-gravity (Aerial) and for pregnant women), pilates, dance, individual training programs (with the help of dietitian and doctor) are held here.
All age groups (starting from the age of 6) can be included in the classes of fitness, yoga and others. There is no age limit in dance group too: both adults and children can join.
The centre provides the gym carpets and other accessories.
The fitness club of TGA business centre, which is located in Ajapnyak administrative district, is open from 10:00 to 20:00.
